SomethingYours – Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At SomethingYours, every order is made uniquely for you. Our personalized line-art t-shirts are hand-drawn and printed only after your order is placed. Because of their custom nature, all personalized products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified damage, defect, or dispatch error on our part.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Received
We take quality checks seriously, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Report within 24 hours of delivery via email at somethingyoursindia@gmail.com or Instagram DM @somethingyoursindia.
Mandatory proof: A single, continuous unboxing video starting before opening the outer courier packet, clearly showing:
- The unopened, sealed package from all sides.
- The shipping label with your order details.
- The unsealing and full removal of the item from the packaging.
- The defect/damage/error in clear lighting.
Edited, poor-quality, or incomplete videos will result in claim rejection.
2. Replacement Approval & Process
Replacement requests are approved only after our QC team verifies the claim.
No replacement will be shipped before we receive and inspect the original product.
Customers must self-ship the item to the address provided by our team within 5 business days of claim approval.
If the returned product fails inspection (e.g., shows signs of use, tampering, or damage inconsistent with your claim), the replacement will be cancelled, and the item will be shipped back at your cost.
3. What Qualifies for Replacement
We will replace your order at no cost only if:
The product is damaged in transit.
The product has a clear manufacturing or printing defect.
You received an incorrect item compared to your order confirmation.
Replacements will not be issued for:
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with design style.
Slight color variations due to screen display settings.
Size issues caused by incorrect selection at checkout.
Claims without complete unboxing proof.
4. Refunds
Refunds are not offered for personalized products.
In the rare event that a verified defective/incorrect product cannot be replaced due to permanent stock unavailability:
Store credit of equal value (valid for 6 months) will be issued only after the defective product is returned and passes QC.
Please note:
Credits/refunds will not be issued if the returned item fails inspection.
Approved credits/refunds take 6–8 business days to process. Your bank/card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
5. Order Cancellations
Cancellations can only be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
A ₹100 processing fee applies to all cancellations to cover payment gateway and admin costs.
Once your order enters the design or production stage, cancellation will not be possible under any circumstances.
Chargebacks to avoid the cancellation fee will be disputed with proof of your order and policy agreement.
6. Lost Shipments
We use OTP-based or signed proof-of-delivery services for all orders.
“Lost in transit” claims will only be accepted if the courier officially confirms non-delivery in writing.
If confirmed, we will re-create and ship your order at no cost.
